There is an honorable mention in the category hard for the Belgian student Andre Scholtens of the Municipal Academy of Fine Arts, Hasselt (Belgium), direction Industrial Design. He designed the so-called spaarkap. An attractive lampshade that any saving in an instant into a beautiful atmosphere lamp.
